The Quality policy as pursued by Lionlift S.r.l. consists in following the guidelines fully reflecting the Customer's needs and increasing the efficiency of their own activities and processes in the Customer's profit.
The purposes and general orientations can be summarized as follows:
• operating the applicable laws and rules, in respect of the regulations, in order to meet the Client's needs;
• complying with the quality standards previously defined and, at the same time, improving them in compliance with the Client's needs as far as contract terms, on-time deliveries, availability and reliability;
• developing the business processes and implementing the introduction of technologies and/or new solutions, aimed at the continuous improvement performance of the marketed product and the service rendered;
• raising the Quality culture in the persons operating in Lionlift, with a special care both to the strategic and the operational aspect.
In order to guarantee the implementation of the Quality Policy, Lionlift is committed to:
• monitoring the activities influencing product quality, collecting and analyzing the data, which permit defining and implementing appropriate provisional and corrective actions, aimed at eliminating the causes of potential non-conformities;
• optimizing the company's overall efficiency through an accurate and continuous management of all resources.
The company's quality has been certified by the Certification Body TÜV Thüringen e.V. on 21/06/07.
